I love to cook and bake, but I also love those recipes that just come together without any measuring or fuss. This is one of those recipes. If you love to have precise measurements, sorry, this is just a feel your way through it recipe that most won’t be able to mess up. So, just go with it. Make it your own. Experiment even.

You will need:

1 package of crescent rolls, regular or reduced fat-This is the only measured ingredient
Some chocolate hazelnut spread
Quite a few mini chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the crescent rolls, usually between 350-375 degrees.

To assemble, roll out each triangle individually, slather on the chocolate-hazelnut spread, add on a few, or a lot of, mini chocolate chips and then roll the crescent dough as you would normally following the package directions.

Here is an example of the different stages you'll going through while prepping your rolls.

Bake them for the length indicated on the crescent roll package.

To push your culinary talents further you can add chopped hazelnuts to the filling, drizzle chocolate across the finished crescent or dip part of it in chocolate.

Any way you serve them up they are sure to please!
