By Port Discovery November 17, 2017

Baltimore, MD (November 8, 2017) - Port Discovery is offering active duty, veteran and retired military members free admission beginning November 11, 2017 through January 1, 2018 as part of our Salute the Troops program. Guests of service members receive $2.00 off general admission. Valid military identification is required for free admission.

Salute the Troops helps provide military families with opportunities to enjoy time playing and learning together while creating joyful memories. The program is made possible thanks to funding from Northrop Grumman and other supporters.

“We understand that military families often face unique challenges, and we want to ensure that they have opportunities to play together, learn together and make happy memories despite all that they may be facing,” said Bryn Parchman, President & CEO of Port Discovery Children’s Museum.

Port Discovery offers three floors of interactive, hands-on exhibits designed specifically for children to touch, climb on and explore. The Museum also offers a variety of special events and educational programs that, along with educational exhibits, inspire imaginations and spark creativity in children.
