Pistachio Fluff

The perfect spring dessert

By Kamlyn Jurgensen March 6, 2015
For those of you who haven't heard of Pistachio Fluff before, you've been missing out. Or maybe you know it by it's other name, Watergate Salad. Either way, this fluffy green dessert is filled with soft marshmallows, chewy nuts and tangy pineapple. It makes a great side dish, dessert or snack. The bright green color makes it perfect for celebrating St. Patrick's Day, Easter or spring. It also takes no time at all to whip up and is ready to serve in just two hours.

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3.4 oz) package of instant pistachio pudding or one small box of sugar-free instant pistachio pudding
1 Cups of miniature marshmallows
1 (20 oz) can of crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

Directions:
Combine thawed whipped topping with the dry instant pistachio pudding until well incorporated. Next, fold in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (if you can wait that long). You can also garnish the fluff with whipped cream and chopped nuts if you desire.
